After releasing critical upgrades for the Android and iOS B2CORE mobile apps, it’s time to unveil the latest introduction to our powerful CRM software: B2CORE V19!
Equipped with optimised Back Office features, streamlined widgets, and a more accurate fraud detection system, the new B2CORE update gives you more control over your processes and performance.
Key introductions in this release include SumSub and ActiveCampaign integrations, as well as various redesigns and service improvements that will make your experience smoother and more efficient.
Elevated Security Protocols with SumSub
Antifraud systems are key to any financial firm, ensuring platform integrity, minimising fraud risks, and providing no entry for malicious users and scammers.
As such, we integrated SumSub systems to monitor transactions, flag suspicious behaviour, and offer users more reliable security measures. With AI-driven tools and detection systems, SumSub promotes financial security through the following features:
Setting custom risk rules, such as user actions, geolocation, device behaviour, and more.
Tracking financial activities and defining threshold triggers with real-time alerts.
Activating Auto-Withdrawals through B2CORE with faster and safer processing without compromising compliance.
Elevated capabilities to detect bots, eliminate spoofing, and observe high-risk patterns before they result in fraud.
Widgets Management
In this release, we improved widget functionalities, integrating new ones and implementing key fixes to enhance your experience. This includes adding a B2TRADER widget and displaying your remaining funds in a new Total Balance widget.
New B2TRADER Widget
Access your B2TRADER account right from B2CORE using the new B2TRADER widget. Placed on the B2CORE dashboard, you can access your B2TRADER trading account with one click, eliminating the need to switch between applications and supporting faster trade execution.
Visible Total Balance Widget
View the combined value of your portfolio quickly from the Total Balance Widget, displaying funds from your wallets and trading accounts with custom filters to gain detailed insights.
B2TRADER Support: New Netting and Demo Accounts
In this update, we improved the B2TRADER integration, enabling you to manage your market positions and access your trading accounts easily from the B2CORE interface. This includes creating new trading accounts in the Back Office.
Netting Accounts: Support Hedging Strategies
This enables you to create a new trade execution type, “Netting”, allowing end-users to hedge their market orders by consolidating positions of the same asset classes.
Netting accounts are ideal for traders who prefer simple yet effective risk management and margin tracking.
Demo Accounts: Provide Virtual Funds and Markets
This enables you to offer demo trading accounts on B2TRADER through B2CORE. Create a “Demo” product type in the Back Office and offer users virtual funds to practice strategies and backtest their trading techniques without risking their real funds.
Customisable Services Menu
Promote your brand with advanced personalisation tools. Now, you can modify the Services menu in the B2CORE Back Office by adding custom items and linking external pages.

More Effective Email Marketing with ActiveCampaign
The B2CORE V19 integrates ActiveCampaign, a powerful email marketing solution, to create, manage, and track campaigns, client communication, and traffic. Now, you can sync this capability with your B2CORE data and contact lists.
All you need to do is connect your ActiveCampaign account to B2CORE, then synchronise contacts from B2CORE to start managing your email campaigns more effectively. ActiveCampaign is packed with advanced tools and insights to boost your retention and reactivation rates.
Back Office Upgrades
Our team conducted several improvements in the Back Office to improve your experience. This includes better compliance and bonuses management. Here’s what you can expect:
Assign jurisdiction settings manually per country and apply changes to new users or existing user bases.
Improved bonus segmentation based on country, client type, verification level, jurisdiction, and IB partner ID.
Optional deposit bonus restrictions to boost user engagement and active trading.
Smoother Sign-up & Sign-in Interfaces
